As part of the writing team, we began this process by integrating the curatorial research into the written proposal for the exhibition. We used the proposal as a basis to write the labels for the exhibition objects, the brochure, and gallery guide. In essence, our primary role was to find the best way to tell the story of the objects through words in order to illustrate Eleanor Lambert’s influential seventy-five-year career as a fashion publicist.
